Cinematographic photographs

One of the main differences between photographs and motion pictures is that the latter offers a continuity in time, while classic pictures present a glimpse of a single moment fixed in time. But Eugenio Recuenco, a Spanish photographer, creates pictures with a strong narrative aspect, encouraging the viewer to imagine a story around them. Therefore, he uses the human mind as the extension his pictures need to become motion pictures. His very successfull use of narration makes me reflect on how I use this process in my own paintings...
